About the Artist
Wendy Brusick works out of her studio in a hundred year old house in the Edgewood neighborhood of Cranston, Rhode Island. Her art education includes a BSFA in painting (1978) from Valparaiso University in Indiana and a four year certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia (1989.)
She finds delight and inspiration in her garden, travel to destinations off the beaten path, and a personal collection of vintage photographs and curious objects. It is her belief that her artwork only comes alive in the eyes and minds of viewers, and she welcomes any questions or comments.
